defendant, Western Casualty Company, on defendant's third-party
petition. Harold and Diane Owings purchased a home from a

Company, (Gifford). The house was one of several constructed by
Gifford and various subcontractors. Shortly after the Owings
moved into their new home, they discovered several major flaws in
